Find some wool and start knitting your furniture
I am in the process of knitting a cushion cover just now. It took me a while to remember what to do and a few attempts to get the stitch count correct but I am now well on the way. I am sticking to a simple cushion cover as I haven't knitted since I was a kid. There are some fantastic knitted interiors and homewares out there - something for me to aspire to.
